Each level in Word Vista begins with a blank crossword. To fill in the crossword, use the letters on the bottom of the screen to create words. With those letters, you can create all the words in the puzzle.

To create a word and fill in the crossword puzzle, just swipe your finger across each letter in the correct order. Make a mistake, and you'll have to start again. Once you've created an entire word, lift your finger. If it's a correct word, it will appear in its place in the crossword puzzle, which shows some of the letters in the other words, giving you a hint as to what they might be. But if you have no idea what word you're looking for, you can try your luck swiping the letters randomly. If you still can't find a word, don't worry: you can use one of the game's hints.

But that's not all: all the levels in Word Vista also have hidden words that you can find for some extra points.
